After witnessing firsthand the impact mindfulness has made on so many of my clients' pregnancy and birth experiences over the years, I'm excited to see how far that impact can go through the power of meditation. This is why I created 10 Meditations for a Calm and Intuitive Pregnancy.

Bringing a new life into this world requires so much from a mother mentally, physically, and emotionally. That is why I created these meditations - to help expecting moms remain present and seated in themselves so they may experience the miracle of life to the fullest.
